When I was growing up, my parents taught me to cover my mouth when I sneezed or coughed. That is why I am used to it, today. These days, it really baffles me when I see grown-ups coughing in the public with their mouth opened. Some with nasty breath, without consciousness. I ask myself, how can these type of people train their children or young ones to be civil in public?

Stop spreading unfriendly bacteria

This is no joke but some people need to understand how dangerous their irresponsible act can be. When they keep coughing while the mouth is opened or sneeze, unfriendly bacteria can travel fast and farther. It adds a problem to some other people’s health, especially if the immune system of those around is not strong enough. For instance, I don’t like sitting next to someone with a severe cough, considering how I might get affected by it too. But it depends on what type of a cough though.

Some people deliberately leave their mouth open while coughing

Don’t be surprised to see people who will even crack jokes after coughing or sneezing saying, hope you catch that too. It’s not a joke with your loved ones, no. I am referring to those strangers at your workplace or in public, who nastily cough in your face, with a negative expectation to see what you will do. Very annoying and irritating. How can anyone not get enough discipline or training while growing up, instead of becoming public nuisance today?

Cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing, please. I don’t want to share your unfriendly bacteria.

I get your point. I wouldn’t like that too, Jose. That co-worker might spread something unfriendly. Try covering your nose. Smiles.
