Who is the street beggar who became a celebrity overnight? 
When you watch the way those street beggars crawl on those dusty or muddy streets in Nigeria, you will get so teary. some commuters drop money on the floor which they struggle to pick but little did anyone envisaged that one of them will become a celebrated lawyer of our time. That’s to tell you that, although gold might look ugly while it is raw but once taken through fire it becomes refined and attracted to the world.
Mr. Abdulsalam Kamaldeen is the physically challenged man here. He is 38 years old who graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1989. A few days ago, the lawmakers in Nigeria gave him and another physically challenged person, (Olaiya) a standing ovation during the plenary of the house in Abuja.
Lawyer Abdulsalem Kamaldeen and Ms. Olaiya were both celebrated by the leader and other lawmakers for their tenacity. The Leader, of the house, Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila was impressed for their efforts.
No matter where you find yourself today, don’t think it will destroy your joy of tomorrow because it wouldn’t. In fact, it will rebuild your confidence and prepare you for progressiveness which lies ahead.
